Biggest Friendly Match Of The Decade Is Here - The El Clasico In USA MIAMI

The Clasico match between Barcelona and Real Madrid will come to the United States for the first time in 2017, as the two rivals will meet as part of the International Champions Cup on July 29 in Miami.

The ICC has managed to attract top clubs from the European continent in previous editions, but they've never managed to put the two Spanish giants on the same pitch, per ESPN FC.

El Clasico is widely considered the biggest and most iconic match in the sport, with more than 400 million viewers tuning in for the 1-1 draw in December, per the report.

While this match will only be a pre-season friendly, the animosity between both clubs means this could be the feistiest ICC mach yet.

Per the report, the match will take place at Hard Rock Stadium, home of the NFL's Miami Dolphins. Both teams have played at the venue before, with Real Madrid beating Chelsea 3-1 in the 2013 ICC and Barcelona losing 4-1 to Guadalajara in the 2011 World Football Challenge.

Former NFL star and massive football fan Chad Johnson was ecstatic when he heard the news, and he's already proposed a challenge to his fans:
Beat me in FIFA17 I'll get your tickets to El Clasico in Miami‼️

Per ESPN FC, the two La Liga rivals have played just a single match on foreign soil, a 1-0 win for Los Blancos in Venezuela in 1982.

As a pre-season tournament, the ICC gives clubs the chance to play some of their younger players and tinker with formations, but managers tend to give minutes to a handful of stars as well to boost their image overseas.

With no European championship or Copa America taking place, the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi should be with their teams barring injury. They likely won't feature all that much, but in a match as prestigious as El Clasico, expect both to get some minutes at least.

Help Stop An Execution

Nearly two years ago, the eyes of the world were on Oklahoma, where a man named Richard Glossip was facing execution for a 1997 murder many people say he was not involved in. I learned about Richard’s case when actress Susan Sarandon contacted me, expressing deep concern that the State of Oklahoma was just about to kill an innocent man. After reviewing the facts, I too became convinced of Richard’s innocence, and we decided to  make a public plea for the governor to gra nt freedom On 30 September 2015, Richard came within minutes of execution by lethal injection, when officials suddenly stopped the proceedings. As it turned out, the state of Oklahoma had procured the wrong execution drug, risking another botched execution that would lead to a slow and painful death. At the last minute, Governor Mary Fallin, not exactly an opponent of the death penalty, issued a stay of Richard’s execution. Today, Richard’s situation is nowhere near being resolved. As the st...

This period around he surpassed Gates on Tuesday after shares of Inditex - parent company of fashion chain Zara rose just over 1% but by the end of the afternoon he was $100 million dollars behind the microsoft cofounder. Then on Wednesday Ortega regained the top spot as of 12:05pm Eastern time, he was richer than Gates by a modest margin of $200 million. Ortega is now worth an estimated $85billion. Gates fortune declined earlier this month after a filing with the SEC revealed that he donated $4.6billion worth of microsoft stock to his foundation in June. Bloomberg reported...
