Laspotech's 15/16 Full-Time ND diplomats Cries Out as they are been offered Part time HND Program

The Lagos state polytechnic students, who had their National Diplomat (ND) last year and have applied to return for their Higher National Diplomat (HND) this year have expressed their pains and dissatisfaction based on the admission offered to them by the school. ( ) "We applied for the full time program and we are been offered the part time regular program, we can't cope with that, why then did we have Full time program in our ND, only to come back after the required one year Industrial Training that was required of us only to be offered a part time HND program, NO , we can't watch our colleagues go for service while we just seat there like a statue doing a part time program" - one of the affected diplomats said. Laspotech wont be joining the Asup Strike- Full Lectures Resumes Today

ASUP is to embark on strike today 13th November 2017, and with the information gathered from the Laspotech polytechnic's SUG executives, the polytechnic won't be joining the strike for now due to reasons best known to the polytechnic's management, so all students are been implored to resume as full lectures begins today and registration continues for new students. ASUP Addressing newsmen in Abuja on Monday, after the union’s emergency National Executive Council Meeting, ASUP President, Usman Dutse regretted the nonchalant manner successive administrations had treated polytechnic education in the country. “This action shall be sustained until our demands are met or an implementable memorandum of action is agreed upon by our union and relevant agencies of government,” he stated. ASUP LasPoTech Chapter Has Received The Red Card

Yesterday it was still a rumor but today the red card has been confirmed. We all must have been pondering if it was possible to dissolve the Laspotech Chapter of ASUP , well who knows? Today from a closer source, its been confirmed that the Lagos State Polytechnic Chapter of ASUP has been dissolved due to reasons the source has no idea of but another source confirmed that ASUP still exist in the institution but now been controlled by the National body of the association, so if that is the case, that is the Association executives of the institution (Laspotech)are no longer in office. Its also been confirmed that the ASUP building in the institution is no longer in operation as of the moment. ASUP Laspotech Chapter!!! Could It Be F..... Real?

The latest gist going on Laspotech Campus right now is that of "Asup Laspotech Chapter no longer exist"... The question now is could it be real, can the union be dissolved? And the Lagos state Polytechnic go without a staff union? Late yesterday, the gist kept spreading round like fire burning a dried grass land that the Ogas at the top have dissolved the Academic Staff Union Of Polytechnic (ASUP) Laspotech Chapter due to reasons unknown to any of the parrots spreading the news which I still tag as a rumor until a confirmation has been made until we get the real facts... SRC of SUG Laspotech Chapter Suspends The Payment Of Capital Insurance

The Student Representatives Council(SRC) Arms of the Student Union Government (SUG)(LASPOTECH)here by declare the suspension on the payment of INSURANCE fee with immediate effective till all issues are resolved. The suspension that was placed by Rt Hon Olori Jabar Afolabi (Speaker SRC/SUG) after a long time deliberations with motion been moved and seconded on the floor of the house in their last sitting had on 8th November 2017. #Laspotech Students Ponders as 31st Approaches - All About Solidarity

The ASUP (Academic staff union of Polytechnics) Lagos State Polytechnic chapter had late last month called off their ongoing strike along with the NASUP of the institution, giving the management of the school a month grace to must have met with that which will quench their thirst, and the grace given will actually elapse on Monday 31st of July if their needs are not met.  The institution which is known for her fast calendar among other polytechnics in the previous years have actually had the slowest calendar year, the current semester and session which actual plan was to have wrapped off in the early weeks of this month is still yet to see the examination "time table" for the semester talk less of wrapping off.  Last week the ASUP members have been seen by students putting on different customized shirts like "31st is all about Solidarity" or "Efun wa lo wo wa, so so so"...... hmmmm, that is the management is yet to have met to their needs and if that is th...
